Make Money Foreign Exchange

Where can I get some Afghan money exchanged ?

I called the the foreign Money Exchange in Atlanta & they said that they dont do Afghan money . This dont make good sense . Does anyone know where I can get this exchanged around the Macon Ga. area or anywhere else as far as that goes ?
