I have some Iraq dinars that I want to trade for US currency where can I do this?
The New Iraqi Dinar is not currently being traded on the world market. So you can only exchange it in Iraq or some neighboring Arab countries. The other options you have is that you could sell it to someone on EBay or to one of the internet companies that sell Iraqi Dinar like www.TheDinarGroup.com.
However, if you have the old “Saddam” currency, well… let’s just say that you have some very pretty wall paper. Unfortunately to owner of the old “Saddam” currency, it isn’t worth anything anymore. It’s simply a collectible now. I would keep it, hold onto it, and pass it on to your children’s grand children who may then pass it on to their children’s grand children. Maybe by then it would become a rare piece of history. Hope this helps.
