where can i exchange Foreign Currency to USDs?

i looked around online, and it seems that a lot of exchange sites and banks will have such services, if you are exchanging USDs to a foreign currency – but not vice versa, at least that is listed on their sites.

Banks and other exchanges will make the exchange in either direction. Your best bet will be a bank where you hold an account – you might get a better rate. Banks will be cheaper than exchanges at airports or in malls. You won’t be able to exchange coins.
